General Manager |

General Manager, Sim Senacheert
obtained Diploma in Accounting and
Finance in 1994,
holds a Bachelor degree in
Business Administration and
presently
finalizing his Master Degree.
Since 1995 he has attended several
training courses related to microfinance
operations and management.
He used to
work in banking sector and he started
working with PRASAC
between 1995 to 2002. He started as
Credit Officer and was promoted
to Branch Manager and later to Finance
Director. He used to hold
positions of Branch Manager, Operations
Manager, and Deputy CEO in another MFI
before joining PRASAC as General
Manager in 2003. |

Deputy General Manager, Oum
Sam Oeun, MBA candidate, he obtained a Diploma
in Accounting and Commerce in
1988 and holds a Bachelor degree
in Business Management.
He used to work
as chief accounting office of Takeo
Province commerce department. Since
1995 he has worked with PRASAC
credit program and he has attended
several training courses related to
microfinance operations.
He was elected as Chairman of Board of
Director of PRASAC Staff Company (PSCo.,
Ltd) for the first term of 2003-2004 and
he was re-elected as the chairman PS
Co., Ltd. for the second term of
2005-09.
He was promoted as Deputy General
Manager of PRASAC MFI in early 2007. |

YIM SOKHEN,
Credit Manager |

Manager
of Credit Department, Yim Sokhen
obtained a Bachelor degree in Business
Administration in 1994. He
presently
finalizing his MBA and has
attended several training courses
related to microfinance. He has more
than eight years experience in
microfinance.
He joined PRASAC in 1995
as credit officer, district supervisor,
branch manager, and was promoted to be
Operations Manager in 2003. |

OUK SAROEURNG,
Internal Audit Manager |

Manager of the Internal Audit Department, Ouk
Saroeung obtained a Bachelor degree in
Banking in 1989 and
presently
finalizing his
MBA. Since 1995 he participated in
several training courses related to
microfinance.
He used to work in banking
sector
and has more eight-year
experience in microfinance. He joined
PRASAC in 1995 and he was promoted to be
Audit Manager in 2003. |

SAY
SONY, Marketing Manager |

Sony hold a bachelor degree in
Marketing Management from
Maharishi Vedic University, he
joint Khmera organization as an
Assistant to Director. About two
years after his university, he
found that the time has moved
onto new challenges. As a
graduate in marketing field, he
then moved to 141 Worldwide in
Cambodia as a project supervisor
for a short-term project to get
into dept of what the
advertising or brand marketing
field was. Credentials he gained
from being a short-term project
supervisor at 141 Worldwide
allowed him to have access to a
career at PPML as a Marketing
Executive more than a year.
After, Sony saw an opportunity
that he has been building his
credentials along the way for;
that is, Chief of Marketing at
PRASAC MFI, he joint PRASAC in
early 2005. He was promoted to
be a Marketing Manager in 2007.
In addition to his work
commitments, he is currently
taking Master of General
Management at Royal University
of Law and Economics with the
intention of applying his
marketing and business skills to
run effective marketing
activities at his workplace at
PRASAC MFI.

SOPEAKTRA, IT Manager |
|
|
Manager of IT Department, Ly Sopheaktra
obtained BA Accounting in 2001 & BA IT
in 2002 and holding MBA Finance &
Banking in 2006. Currently pursuing
Master Degree in IT.
He has more than 5 years experience in
IT&MIS, Database Design & Reporting,
Financial Accounting, and Microfinance
operation. He joined PRASAC in 2002 as
MIS Assistant, Unit Manager, and he was
promoted to be IT Manager in 2007.

SINATH, Branch Support Manager |

Manager of Branch Support Department,
Sum Sinath, obtained Bachelor degree in
Accounting and holds MBA Finance &
Banking.
He joined PRASAC in 1995
as credit officer,
branch manager, regional manager and was promoted to be
Branch Support Manager in early 2007. |
