PRASAC Sponsor Pen for Cambodia Finance Conference

PRASAC sponsor Cambodia Finance event as pen sponsor

July 17-18, 2009

PRASAC joined Cambodia Finance Conference as Pen Sponsor for contributing to all participants at the event. The pens were all available in all briefcases and at the registration counter information desks, Media Centre as well as the conference briefing room. This conference took place from 17th to 18th July 2009 at Naga World Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was organized by Ministry of Economy and Finance (MoEF), National Information Communications Technology Development Authority (NiDA) and International Data Group Indochina (IDG).

This event provided an overview of Public Finance Management in Cambodia, with in depth presentations on the ICT infrastructure, roadmap and application solution for Ministry’s requirements. Though the world has been facing problem with financial crisis, Cambodia with loads of resources still welcome all investors coming to our market. Moreover, this conference has also shown of the Cambodia economic growth, the innovation of new technology and industries and the upcoming stock market which is going to start in Cambodia in a very near future. This conference did not only tell all investors as well as the participants the strategy of how to increase financial benefits with the flow of international business, but also provided with the latest updated information of new innovation which the Ministry of Economic & Finance is carrying.

This event also bound all private companies together by generating for new ideas, building business relations with both private and financial sectors along with the wide range of important topics of the conference itself. In addition, the new growing of highly innovated technology is fully pushing for more outcome of integration of IT world which provides more easiness to get access to business systems. The fast growing of innovation will build the improvement for financial capability, accountability and make Cambodia become a modern economic structure like trading, banking sectors, mobilizing, etc.

Based on the speech of H.E, Soun Sitty, the Secretary General of Council for Development of Cambodia, we can note that it is the right choice to invest in Cambodia. Why invest in Cambodia? With political stability, macroeconomic stability, pro-business government, competitive investment incentives, one-stop service investment promotion agency, Access to world market, investment protection, efficient infrastructure and strategic location, sound financial sector and abundant resource, labor and land, we believe that Cambodia is a very potential region for all investment opportunity to extend their networks promptly with prospective success.
