PRASAC sponsor campaign buy Cambodian product |

November 1st, 2009 The Phnom Penh Small and Medium Industry Association (PSMIA) organized a trade fair “Buy Cambodian Product” located at the Hun Sen Park in Phnom Penh on the occasion of water festival from 1-3 November 2009. As the main sponsor of this event, PRASAC objectively expects to take part in promoting campaign in order to improving the quality of local products to be more standardized and competitive compared to imported products.
More importantly, to brand Cambodian products since there will be more than millions visitors coming to see this exhibition, we hope that Cambodian people will start to change their habit from consuming or buying foreign products and support our local products instead. Last but not least, PRASAC is willing to take part in promoting Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) for better competitive position in the market. In addition, on such exciting occasion of Water Festival PRASAC also sponsored about 3,000 T-shirts to boat racers of 25 boats from 12 different provinces. PRASAC is an outstanding microfinance in providing financial services in Cambodia. By the end of September 2009, PRASAC has been employing more than 1191 staffs at over 110 offices and operating in 19 provinces. Presently, PRASAC has been carrying more than 234,017.36 million riels of loan outstanding and about 58 million US dollars with over 84,974 families as its clients. |
