Our clients are village households with repayment capacity that constitutes up to 90% of all households located in rural areas where bad roads and absence of facilities and utilities prevailed. The majority of the clients are involved in rice production and farming. At least one person of such household is working in the semi-subsistence economic village by employing some productive assets of the household, such as land, tools, livestock and so forth. Cash income is mainly generated from the sale of excess rice or other food items (i.e. food what is not consumed by the household), but also from trading or service activities.
