Fixed Asset Management Officer

POSITION:Fixed Asset Management Officer, 01 Position     
RRPORT TO: Procurement Unit Manager
JOB LOCATION: Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Register Inventory items in INMIS system
  • Stick code FA & IN on time
  • Follow up transaction record all branches
  • Conduct fiscal count at least 3 times per year
  • Create fiscal count and evaluation committee
  • Prepare report of evaluation
  • Keep and filling all report for internal and external auditor
  • Update all FA movement by branch or HO and report to FN
  • Update all IN movement at HO and record system
  • Keep and filling document movement, document purchase
  • Find out the unused FA & IN then propose for disposal
  • Create sale committees
  • Propose price to be deposal
  • Invite for bidding
  • Prepare evaluation report and appoint the bidder
  • Keep and filling document disposal

 

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification

 

 

  • Graduated BBA in Management, Accounting Banking or other relevant fields
  • Good pleasant, patient, integrity, positive attitude, high commitment, competence and motivation
  • Fluent in English

  • Minimum two years working experience in fixed assets management, stock or logistic , procurement.

POSITION: Credit Risk Officer, 02 Position     
RRPORT TO: Credit Risk Unit Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•    Assist in oversight credit process and procedures and provide recommendation to change/update in-term of risk.
•    Review credit assessment done by field staff by checking on loan file and on-site visit.
•    Assist in review and assess risk in new/existing product before approving to launch.
•    Review and track of portfolio quality for each product and identify weakness point to improve
•    Review completeness and fully supporting documents of loan file
•    Review the completeness and fully filling information to Risk Online Web.
•    Report of credit approval to chief risk officer
•    Analyze trend of NPL and reason to increase of NPL
•    Work closely with Bad loan unit and identify strategies to recover NPL
•    Analyze trend of loan portfolio concentration
•    Monitor with credit risk limit.


Key Selection Criteria and Qualification
•    Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking
•    Good in English speaking and writing
•    Well understand related to credit process
•    Well understand related to behavior of borrowers
•    Strong analytical and interpret related to credit risk, economic sectors and environment effect to Prasac.
•    At least 1 years experiences related to credit assessment, credit control, credit supervisor

RRPORT TO: Operational Risk Unit Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•    Implement Operational Risk agenda set by PRASAC.
•    Monitor Operational Risk activities and coordinate with all departments to follow activities in Operational Risk Management Policy including risk and control self assessment programs and risk incidents reporting.
•    Finding out root causes of incidents in Operational Risk reports and dealing with related stakeholders.
•    Work closely with Branch Managers on operational risk program to collecting loss incidents, and initiate the risk and control self assessment training.
•    Assist in implementation of various program such as BCP, Risk Culture and AML/CFT program.
•    Assist in completion of other task assign by manager.



Key Selection Criteria and Qualification
•    Bachelor degree in Business, Law or Finance is advantage
•    Good in English speaking and writing
•    Experience with banking and microfinance sector or other relevance experience
•    Strong knowledge of the principles of Risk Management and relevant risk policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•    Assist in planning audits and develop comprehensive audit programs for the Bank.
•    Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits in accordance with the internal audit program.
•    Prepare clear and concise audit work papers within prescribed timeframes.
•    Summary key findings/issues for conducting exit meeting with concerned Managers.  
•    Develop draft findings and recommendations for process and control improvements in a clear and concise format in line with internal standards.

•    Bachelor in Accounting or Finance.
•    Minimum of one year experience in related auditing/accounting position within the Banking Industry is required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•    Ensure the Core Banking system to be up and support PRASAC business requirements.
•    Support core banking system configuration, parameterization and functional test.
•    Coordinate with software vendor to resolve problems caused by users, hardware and software.
•    Support system upgrade, testing and fix issues.
•    Provide system training and support to Head Office, Branches.
•    Keep abreast on new database/banking system features and updates.

•    Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related field
•    At least 2 years experience in Core Banking System or related fields.
•    Good knowledge of SQL statement.
•    Knowledge and experience in using Oracle database and Redhat Linux.
•    Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking is a plus.
•    Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and Banking Operation.
•    Very good in spoken and written English.

Internship and Volunteer

PRASAC offers internship and volunteer program to all fresh graduate students who wish to obtain work experience before starting their professional career.

 

a)  Volunteer

Document required

All fresh graduate or year 4 student interested in working with PRASAC can apply for a volunteer position in the Finance Department, Human Resource Department, Operation Department and Administration Department. Required document includes:
