After the conversion of retained earnings to
share capital in favor of the old shareholders
CRDF and PSCo, shares held by CRDF (the trust
fund) were sold to five investors. While PSCo
maintains it’s 5% stake the five new investors
now have 19% each of the shares. The new share
distribution is as follows:
