Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain of PRASAC's personal and corporate Credit Scoring System.
- Develop, revise, and manage of policies and manuals related to Credit Scoring System.
- Preparation of material and necessary data to establish a lending strategy related to the Credit Scoring System.
- Providing and presenting the detail requirements to technical teams or relevant departments on Credit Scoring System structure.
- Performing the testing on the development of Credit Scoring System.
- Identifying current issues and propose the solutions in credit scoring to Unit Manager.
- Perform pilot test, collect feedback, and roll out Credit Scoring System.
- Prepare materials, report regular or non-regular monitoring and reports of the Credit Scoring System.
- Helping to identify risk factors of Credit Scoring and Credit Grade.
- Active supporting any inquiries related to credit ratings and credit rating systems by branches and relevant staffs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in Math, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
- Experience at least 2 years in the financial sector (lending).
- Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel , Word, others).
- Broad knowledge of policies, procedures, and credit processes in PRASAC.
- Have knowledge with Credit Scoring System or structure.
- Good in English language, both spoken and written.
- Good communication and documentation skill.
- High motivation and ability to manage the assigned tasks without close supervision.
- Good morality, prudence and output-oriented attitude.
- High integrity, have a good attitude, have commitment and respect discipline.
- Ability to work independently in a team spirit and under pressure.
