Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, communicate, and follow up all issues by phone, e-mail and related communication from user to responsible staff.
- Provide first line support for all related Digital Banking Department to user.
- Record the information all issues in to Help Desk system team.
- Timely escalation of all unresolved issues to the relevant internal and external departments.
- Response solution of issue to user in professional and timely manner.
- Pro-active monitoring of devices to ensure no impact to business operation.
- Provide support to IT and card operation service.
- In this role it's paramount that you are great communicator, able to truly understand what the request or issue is and then seeking the solution.
- Generate analyses helpdesk responsible report and reporting to management.
- Perform others tasks assigned by manager.
Key Selection Criteria and Qualification
- Educational background in IT/MIS at BSc degree or related fields.
- A technical knowledge of IT comprehension is required.
- Dealing with people and have worked in an IT Support role experience.
- Quick comprehension, hardworking and responsibility.
- Measurement and control reliability.
- Good speaking and writing English.
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
- Able to work in Flexible time environment (night time and holiday).
- Be a helpful team leader to achieve success altogether among all team members.
- High commitment to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
