Manager of Merchant Support Unit

Job Location:

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead to growth KB PRASAC BANK’s merchant base through new merchant partnerships, identifying the growth sectors and renewing the existing relationships.
  • Implement and follow the guidelines on how to keep merchant loyalty with KB PRASAC BANK
  • Cooperate with related departments to support direct marketing activities of the branches
  • Perform trainings and refreshment courses to commercial branch staff whenever it is necessary
  • Produce guidelines on how to find new merchant to use KB PRASAC BANK’s KHQR/other deposit or fee-based services.
  • Giving the advice to improvement the selling strategy to achieve the sales target to all branch level.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources Department on providing training or refreshment courses to the sales staff within the branch network.

Key Selection Criteria and Qualification:​

  • BA in Finance and Banking or related field.
  • Experience in the financial sector for at 5 years
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit
  • High personal integrity, morality and prudence and maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
  • Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices
  • Ability to perform training to staff within the branch network system
  • Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationship with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to develop adequate measures and action plans in order to comply with set targets
  • History of strong achievement of sales performance
