PRASAC Joined National Career Fair Event at Koh Pich

Phnom Penh: On 6 November 2015, PRASAC attends the exhibition of 5th national career fair, which hold at Koh Pich for sharing experiences and job opportunities to students, potential candidates and promote its services and products as well with the estimation of 20,000 visitors.

There are many participating companies and non-private sectors from more than 70 institutions including banks, microfinance institutions, educational institutions, telecommunication companies, etc. that support and contribute to this exhibition for giving career opportunity and job orientation to the visitors. This is the positive way to reach the key success for the employment growth; however, the employees should prepare themselves and strengthen their capacity to respond those careers, especially with soft skill.

Mr. Sou Vanthan SVP & Human Resource Division Head said that we are proud to join the event and giving job opportunities to the fresh graduate and Cambodian. During that time, we have brought 13 positions based in head office for 27 talent candidates, both fresh graduates and experienced who are looking for a new career, new environment, and self-development opportunities. We would like to thank you those who are interested in joining with us; and we always commit to cultivating the careers of our staff and expand more and more chance to the capable Cambodian people. We believe in giving them a comfortable work environment, competitive packages, benefit and opportunities for capacity development and their growth is a core part of human resource management of PRASAC.

As at the end of October 2015, PRASAC has total 5,289 staff, included 4,051 male staff and 1,238 female staff working across the 181 offices nationwide. In the year of 2015, PRASAC has received significant milestone and growth such as offer new promotion campaign “Super Growth”, reach more than USD 1 billion in total assets, increased registered capital to USD 72 million, launched mobile and internet banking service, donated the cleft and palate surgery, support library projects for public schools.
